The greatest increase in blood Vitamin E level was with water soluble tablets (group 3 & 4). The increase in the blood levels was 74% at 5 hours after ingestion of Water Soluble tablets as compared to 31% with Oil Capsules. The highest increase being at 24-hours after cessation of the 3 week dose of 1600 I.U. e.g. 233% (group 4) as compared with 143% for oil capsules in group 2.
